Norma’s is making a comeback at Parker’s—for a limited time only! A longtime NYC favorite and a cherished part of Thompson Central Park’s story, Norma’s was named after former hotel owner Norma Parker and has always been synonymous with over-the-top brunch indulgence.

NOW EXTENDED THROUGH NOVEMBER 23RD! Thursday through Sunday from 11AM–4PM, guests can enjoy a “greatest hits” menu featuring legendary dishes like the Waz-Za, Crunchy French Toast, Lobster Mac & Cheese, and yes—even the iconic Zillion Dollar Frittata (IYKYK).
